Most orders placed before 12:00pm noon Central Time will ship same day, with orders placed after noon shipping the following business day.

We commit to shipping all orders within 3 business days of placing an order.

Express orders placed before 12:00pm noon Central Time will guaranteed ship the same day.

Orders placed with the 'Buy with Prime' option will ship per Amazon Prime terms.

Subscribe & save orders will be scheduled from the date of first shipment (so if your first product shipped on March 20th and you are on a monthly plan, the next shipment will be on April 20th).

You will always be able to change (or cancel) your subscription intervals before any shipment.

To celebrate the launch, orders will ship for FREE (using USPS economy).

Express next day services (USPS Priority and UPS) available at market rates (select option at check-out to see actual rate to your delivery address.)

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which the product is delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via e-mail to: Hello@ThriveCulinary.com including your name, order number and product you are returning.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

CONDITION FOR RETURNS:

In order for the product to be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The product is in its original, unopened, packaging.

The following products cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund:

  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago.
  • Products that are no longer in their original, unopened, packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for product damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail or parcel service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product and/or proof of received return delivery.
