By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Thrive Nutrition Sciences, Inc. and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site, or at Amazon, at your own risk.
Subscriptions
Thrive does not yet offer subscriptions.
Payments
Payments for orders that are placed on the Site are handled via Shopify and/or Shop Pay.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery are handled via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver, free of charge.
At checkout, express options for delivery via UPS or USPS Priority will be offered at the actual rate. Thrive will strives to offer all shipments to the applicable carrier within one business day. Thrive cannot guarantee shipment durations.
Returns/Replacement/Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated 21 February 2024.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which the product is delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via e-mail to: Hello@ThriveCulinary.com including your name, order number and product you are returning.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
CONDITION FOR RETURNS:
In order for the product to be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure:
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
- The product is in its original, unopened, packaging.
- The following products cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund:
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago.
- Products that are no longer in their original, unopened, packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
RETURNING PRODUCT
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to us. You can return the product to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for product damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail or parcel service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product and/or proof of received return delivery.
Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Visually Impaired Users
Our Site contains aids for visually impaired users. If our Site can be improved, or you believe is lacking functionality for visually impaired users in any way, please contact us at e-mail address: Hello@ThriveCulinary.com.
By using the Site, you expressly consent to allowing Thrive Nutrition Sciences, Inc. a period of at least 30 days after notification to review and implement any improvements for visually impaired users, and refrain from any legal action during the 30 day period after notification. If you have subscribed to other Thrive Nutrition Sciences, Inc. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
